3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Ensure reasonable access to cleaning areas at scheduled times
- Secure or remove valuable items before our arrival

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: requesting services for illegal purposes, harassment of our staff, providing false information, or attempting to circumvent our payment and booking systems.
4. Service Booking and Scheduling
Booking procedures and requirements:
- All service bookings must be made through our official channels
- Minimum 24-hour notice required for standard cleaning services
- Emergency or same-day services may incur additional charges
- Our cleaning teams operate Monday-Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Cancellation policy: Minimum 2 hours notice for regular services
- No-show policy: Failure to provide access may result in 50% service charge
Scheduling modifications must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or reduced service availability.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing structure includes:
- Transparent pricing provided at time of booking
- Hourly rates for standard cleaning services
- Fixed pricing for specific service packages
- Additional charges for specialized services, deep cleaning, or excessive conditions
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Outstanding balances may result in service suspension until payment is received in full.
